As a Swim England and Swim Mark accredited club, Academy Swim Team is run by a dedicated volunteer Management Committee. This team of parents and supporters is the engine room of our club, working hard behind the scenes to ensure everything runs smoothly for our swimmers, coaches, and families.

The committee's role is to provide good governance and a safe, supportive environment for all. They are responsible for:

• Setting the club's strategic direction and goals.

• Managing club finances and ensuring our long-term sustainability.

• Upholding the highest standards of swimmer welfare and safeguarding.

• Organising events and communicating with our members.

Every member of our committee gives their time voluntarily, and we are incredibly grateful for their commitment to making AST a fantastic place to be.
