Our club is built around a comprehensive squad structure that provides a clear development pathway for every swimmer.

Our journey begins with the Junior Squad, where swimmers progressing from Stage 6 of the Learn to Swim programme take their first steps into club swimming. Here, the focus is on developing excellent technique across all four strokes in a fun and engaging way.

As skills and confidence grow, swimmers progress through our Development and Competitive Squads. Training becomes more advanced, preparing them for a wide range of competitions while building endurance and race craft. Our pathway extends all the way to our County, Regional, and National level squads, where our most dedicated athletes train to compete at the highest levels of the sport.
