🏋️ About Land Training

Land training is a vital part of our programme, designed to build a foundation of strength, stability, and flexibility that translates directly to performance in the pool. It is included in your monthly fees.

⚠️ Attendance: Please complete the Spond event sent out by Wednesday of each week.

We ask swimmers to show the same respect to fitness instructors as they do to swim coaches.

Placements are determined by the Head Coach. You will receive a notification slip and an email confirmation from the Membership Secretary.

Please ensure coaches and instructors are made aware of any existing injuries or conditions.
